Each Breizh Café location is an embassy for the tastes and flavors that shaped my childhood in Fougères, Brittany. Serendipity led me to discover Japanese culture. My mother's cooking and that of my adopted country shared similarities: Brittany loves buckwheat, and so does Japan, in different forms.

At Breizh Café we strive every day to develop sustainable, local, organic farming. We treat our resources with care and we promote Brittany's agricultural life, from the soil to the plate.

Thebutter is so generous that it amplifies the taste of the ham, comté and buckwheat, immediately inscribing them in the memory.
