The menu features iconic recipes created by Bertrand Larcher, founder of Breizh Café: buckwheat galettes and wheat crêpes, made from carefully selected ingredients. Lovers of seafood can also enjoy Caroline Madec's Prat-Ar-Coum oysters, accompanied by a wide selection of farmhouse ciders from committed artisan orchards.
