With this location in Fougères, the Maison du Sarrasin concept is expanding. The restaurant offers its iconic crêpes and galettes, as well as artisanal ice cream made with milk from Léon wheat cows, cakes, pies, and homemade soups—all made with buckwheat, of course. It's a beautiful return to his roots just a stone's throw from the medieval castle for our Fougères-born founder, Bertrand Larcher.
