With this new location in Fougères, the Maison du Sarrasin concept is expanding. The place offers its signature crêpes and galettes, as well as craft ice creams made from Froment du Léon cow's milk, homemade cakes, tarts and soups... all made with buckwheat, of course! Just a stone's throw from the medieval castle, this is a fine return to his roots for our Fougères-born founder Bertrand Larcher.
The restaurant is closed for annual vacations from Monday June 17 to Sunday June 23 inclusive. It will reopen on Monday June 24.
