A Breton breeze blows across the Rhine, driven by a single conviction: to introduce people to Brittany and crêpes in a new way, with authenticity and sincerity. Right in the heart of Rue Sainte-Barbe, just steps from Notre-Dame Cathedral and the cobblestone streets of the Grande Île, Breizh Café opens a welcoming crêperie—a place where two regions with distinct characters come together through a shared love of local products, regional traditions, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our restaurant welcomes you to two beautiful outdoor patios and a cozy interior. Our bakers use IGP-certified buckwheat from Brittany, an exceptional flour that brings to life thin, crispy galettes. In Strasbourg, each galette tells a story: that of exceptional Breton buckwheat enhanced by Alsatian flavors and culinary traditions. The menu thus forges a genuine connection between two regions deeply attached to their ways of life and their gastronomy:
- Breizh Café Bibeleskas Crackers
- Appetizers: Comté cheese, knacks, mustard sauce
- Munster cheese crackers, mirabelle plum jam
- Galette with smoked sausage, potatoes, cider-braised cabbage, and bibeleskas
Bertrand Larcher’s galettes and crêpes round out the experience—from the restaurant’s timeless classics to sweet treats made with Bordier butter—offering a moment of comfort in the heart of the Alsatian capital.
Breizh Café Strasbourg invites you to savor iconic products, prepared with the same sincerity that Alsace brings to its traditions.
