BREIZH CAFÉ DROPS ANCHOR ON THE EMERALD COAST

Breizh Café has set up shop in Dinard, a stone's throw from the Écluse beach and opposite the Casino.

The menu pays homage to stone-ground buckwheat from Moulin de la Fatigue, and to Brittany's farmhouse and artisanal products: charcuterie from Maison Beucher, cheeses and local specialties. With its galettes, crêpes and exceptional ciders, Breizh Café Dinard embodies the spirit of an entire region - the spirit of taste, terroir and sharing.

For Bertrand Larcher, the opening marks a return to his roots in the town where he trained at the hotel school, and the desire to keep a committed Breton ecosystem alive.
